Live shows!!!

We've booked some live shows after really enjoying our set last week on the bandstand at the De La Warr Pavillion

We're very honoured to have been chosen as one of 8 bands to play at London's St Pancras International Station as part of their Sound Connections fesitval

The shows take place at rush hour on the station concourse and we're very excited to take part! Our show is on Friday 15th April at 5.30.

Nov 6th 2015 sees The Self Help Group release their second album, "Dead Stars" on the Union Music Store label.

Following on from their critically acclaimed debut, "Not Waving, But Drowning", "Dead Stars" sees the band expand their sound, channeling the energy of their live shows into a fuller and more powerful experience.
